Shipping

All orders are shipped with Royal Mail and our shipping rates are based on the weight of your order.

We do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. This usually means within 24 hours after receipt, however occasionally it can take a little longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail when your order is posted. 

UK Customers

Standard delivery

We use Royal Mail 2nd Class for all our standard UK & CI orders the price is £3.99 for orders below £45 or FREE for orders over £45.

We reserve the right to upgrade any delivery to Royal Mail 1st class or Tracked 48 service at no extra cost.

Orders will arrive within a couple of days. However, please allow 10 working days for delivery (this is a time limit imposed by the delivery companies, not ourselves). Please note that these orders can be sent to all postcodes in the UK (which includes Northern Ireland).

Express delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all our express UK & CI orders the price is £4.99

Please note: We cannot guarantee next day delivery. Whilst we ensure that our orders are despatched promptly to the carrier, there may be delays with the courier service that are outside of our control.

International Customers

All international orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked service and the shipping charge is based on the weight of your order.

USA

Standard International •   0 kg - 1 kg • 3 to 17 business days $12.00 USD

Standard International •   1 kg - 2 kg • 3 to 17 business days $17.00 USD

EU

 It takes 3-5 working days to EU. Rest of Europe is 5-7 working days 

Customs Charges

Customers outside the UK may be liable for taxes, duties and import fees. As the buyer you are responsible for these charges and they are usually requested prior to delivery by the postal service in your country.
